We release Requests for Proposals (RFPs) on behalf of funders in a wide variety of public health service areas.  We receive proposals in response to RFPs, facilitate the procurement process through award, and enter into contract with funded service providers.

Submit A Proposal for the following RFPs

  • PlaySure Network 2.0: Provision of a Comprehensive Health Package of HIV Prevention Services in Health Care and Non-Health Care Settings Using an Equity-Focused One-Stop Shop and Holistic Client-Centered Model
  • Systems-Level Change for Normalizing Routine HIV Testing in High-Volume Healthcare Settings

Create an account to submit a proposal through PHS’ Contracting Portal. Be sure to submit your proposal as indicated in the RFP. Uploading a proposal will involve multiple required documents; please allow sufficient time to ensure all necessary files are ready for submission. You may also want to familiarize yourself with the CAMS Contracting Portal’s proposal upload area, and make sure your login is working properly before applying.

Upcoming Funding Opportunities

To view upcoming funding opportunities, submit proposals (other than the ‘PlaySure Network 2.0’ and ‘Routine HIV Testing’ RFPs), to sign up for our mailing list, and see recently awarded contractors, please visit our new PHS Procurement Portal below.

  • You will first need to create a new free account via Bonfire in order to view and download all Concept Paper and RFP documents, and to submit a proposal through the PHS Procurement Portal.
