The New York City (NYC) Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) seeks contractors to implement the Enhanced Data-to-Care (eD2C) Program which integrates multiple data sources, staffing resources, and improved protocols for data to care activities in clinics providing HIV primary care to priority populations living with HIV.
