The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Bureau of HIV proposes to issue a Request for Proposals to implement the Enhanced Data-to-Care (eD2C) Project in clinical agencies serving HIV priority populations, including older (ages 50 and above) people living with HIV, younger (ages 13-24) people living with HIV, Black and Hispanic/Latino cisgender men who have sex with men (MSM), Black and Hispanic/Latina cisgender women, and Transgender women.
