The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Bureau of HIV proposes to issue a Request for Proposals to implement the Building Equity: Intervening Together for Health (BE InTo Health) Program. This Program seeks to address health inequities faced by members of New York City’s priority populations with HIV, including Black and Hispanic/Latina cisgender women, transgender women, youth (ages 13-29), older adults (ages 50 and older), and men who have sex with men (MSM).

Organizational Eligibility Requirements
- Provide clinical HIV care and treatment; and
