The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Bureau of HIV proposes to issue a Request for Proposals to seek qualified organizations to provide Psychosocial Support Services (PSS) for Transgender, Intersex, Gender Non-Conforming, and Non-Binary (TIGNCNB) individuals, to address the social, mental, and physical health needs among TIGNCNB individuals living with HIV in the New York Eligible Metropolitan Area. Comments on the Concept Paper are due by January 19, 2021.

Organizational Eligibility Requirements
1. Be legally incorporated by the New York State Department of State as a not-for-profit corporation;
2. Have federal tax-exempt status under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; and
3. Operate a brick-and-mortar site in one of the five boroughs of New York City.
