The Maternal Infant Community Health Collaborative (MICHC) works to improve maternal and infant health outcomes for low-income women and their families through our CoMadres Community Health Worker Program, and through partnerships with community health and social service providers.

We are committed to ensure that vulnerable women receive all the resources and services they need before, during, and after pregnancy in order to be healthy and deliver healthy babies. Our role through this collaborative is to bring community stakeholders together for the purpose of collectively improving the community’s physical and emotional health.

Through MICHC, we work with partners and serve families in Corona, Elmhurst, East Elmhurst, and Jackson Heights in Queens.
