2022 Honorees

This year, we were thrilled to recognize Dr. Olusimbo Ige and Bronstein Properties as our Champions of Public Health for their steadfast commitment to health equity during the pandemic.

Dr. Olusimbo Ige is the Assistant Commissioner for the Bureau of Health Equity Capacity Building at the New York City’s Department of Health. In this role she works to build partnerships with community partners, and other institutions to address health inequities across New York City. She also serves as the Branch Chief for COVID-19 Community Engagement for the agency’s COVID-19 resurgence and vaccination program. Through the vaccine community engagement work, she works with community leaders to identify strategies to improve processes and systems to achieve vaccine equity in NYC.

Bronstein Properties is a privately held, third-generation family real estate management business based in New York City. Founded over 50 years ago by Albert Bronstein, it is currently managed by the second generation, Barry Rudofsky and Scott Silverman and the third generation, Daniel Rudofsky. The company manages more than 6,000 residential units, along with numerous retail properties, totaling over 5 million square feet located throughout New York City.
