Street Smart
Accessing Technical Assistance for Street Smart
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) requires agencies implementing Street Smart needing technical assistance to access such help through the CDC’s Capacity Building Assistance Request Information System (CRIS). The link to CRIS is http://wwwn.cdc.gov/cris/s2/s2login.aspx
If you are directly funded by the CDC, your organization should have been assigned a password to access the system in order to make a request. Follow the link to CRIS and make your request.
If you are indirectly funded (i.e. funded by your local health department), you must contact your local contract monitor who may request TA on your behalf. You may also email us with specific questions or concerns you have around implementation/adaptation. A Management Consultant will respond to you within 24 hours.
If your program is funded by a source other than the CDC or your local health department or if you are not sure of your funding stream, email us so we can assist you. A Management Consultant will respond to you within 24 hours.
