Registering for Street Smart Trainings

If you would like to register for a Street Smart training of facilitators you must access the request form at http://wwwn.cdc.gov/cris/s2/s2login.aspx Once there you will be placed on a wait list and contacted by the Academy for Educational Development (AED) (the organization contracted by the CDC to coordinate DEBI trainings) regarding the next available training and location.
