Budgeting and Government/Grant Contract Management
Through our customized one-on-one technical assistance we help organizations by training or guiding staff on:- Budgeting for performance-based contracts

- Effectively utilizing the Fund EZ accounting system
- Creating realistic and accurate budgets
- Developing cost allocation plans
- Calculating accurate unit costs-of-service

Fiscal Policies and Procedures
We offer a two-day Common Cents® training that guides participants in developing their own agency’s fiscal policies and procedures. In addition, we offer one-on-one customized technical assistance to help organizations improve their internal financial controls by:- Reviewing existing policies and procedures and making suggestions for improvements
- Reviewing key financial processes and identifying weaknesses in internal controls
- Customizing your organization’s fiscal policies and procedures
- Training staff on utilizing adapted fiscal policies and procedures
