Nonprofit Consulting Services was founded in 1993 as Fiscal and Infrastructure Technical Assistance (FITA). Since then, we have assisted over 600 nonprofit organizations - from small grassroots community based organizations to large urban hospitals locally and nationally - in strengthening their administrative and programmatic capacity, resulting in increased performance, efficiency and efficacy.
