MIC is pleased to announce a new partnership with
Community Health Care Network (CHN). CHN has long been a primary care provider of choice in NYC and offers adult, adolescent and pediatric services.
Effective May 16th, 2011, MIC Astoria providers and patients have relocated to CHN's Long Island City center at 36-11 21st Street (CHN LIC).
MIC patients will now receive the same quality care they received at MIC Astoria, with the additional benefit of comprehensive primary care for themselves and their families.
