Who We Are     HIV CARE Services is a project of Public Health Solutions.

	Public Health Solutions is an independent, multi-modality, New York City-focused, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of high-risk, underserved populations, and to strengthening health care policy. For almost 50 years, Public Health Solutions has been dedicated to protecting the city's public health, playing a leadership role in the development of cutting edge programs, research and technical assistance to address both the emerging and historic needs of the most vulnerable, high-risk New Yorkers. HIV Care Services, a project of Public Health Solutions, administers Ryan White Part A funding for HIV/AIDS services and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and New York City funding for HIV prevention services on behalf of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
		Our Purpose
	As a leader in public health grants and contracts administration, HIV Care Services, a project of Public Health Solutions, strives to prevent the spread of HIV and improve the health and well-being of New Yorkers living with and affected by HIV and AIDS. We work in collaboration with government agencies, consumers, community planners and service providers to ensure the effective, efficient and responsible use of public funds.
