Public Health Solutions has produced four research-based, rigorously evaluated, videos to help mothers, fathers, and other caregivers feed their babies a healthy diet from birth to 24 months.

Told through simple language and “starring” real families, the DVD covers topics including breastfeeding, proper use of infant formula, and the introduction of solid foods.

Seeing the “Dos” and “Don’ts” of healthy eating makes it easy for caregivers to learn how to practice—and pass along—healthy eating habits to their children.
