The Partnership for Family Health: Northern Manhattan HIV Consortium (PFFH) delivers family-centered care and comprehensive services to HIV-infected/affected families receiving health services in Northern Manhattan. Outpatient care such as, primary HIV-care, OB/GYN, mental health care and case management/treatment adherence support is provided for women, infants, children and family members. Our five clinical sites include teams of medical, dental, and mental health providers; special programs are also available for fathers and caregivers. This ‘one-stop-shopping’ approach reduces barriers to care and maintains its continuity. For more information, please visit: www.pffh.org
The PFFH Consortium includes five medical centers in Northern Manhattan (Harlem Hospital, Metropolitan Hospital, Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital and St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital), as well as Columbia and New York Universities. Public Health Solutions is the lead funding recipient and administrator of the program. PFFH has received Part D/Title IV funding from the Ryan White Care Act through the United States Health Resources and Services Administration for the last 21 years and also receives other public and private funding.
