With federal funding from the Title X Family Planning Program, Public Health Solutions oversees the HIV Expansion Project to expand and enhance existing HIV prevention education and testing. Public Health Solutions has sub-contracted The Door Adolescent Health Center to expand its HIV prevention, counseling, and testing programs by integrating these services into a diverse array of existing programs and targeting at-risk youth.
